BuiltPlus is an independent construction project management service led by me, Evaldas Jankauskas.

I started working in construction in 2007 and progressed through roles including team leader, supervisor, site manager and construction manager. This has given me a full understanding of how projects operate at every level — from on-site work to full project delivery.

Over the years, I have worked closely with architects, designers, structural engineers and contractors, gaining practical experience in coordinating all aspects of residential construction projects.

I have also seen where projects commonly go wrong — poor planning, lack of coordination and weak cost control.

​

BuiltPlus was created to bring structure and control into that process.

I work independently with clients, helping organise projects from the early stages, prepare scope of works, support tendering, review contractor pricing and manage construction on site.

​

The focus is simple — clear structure, proper coordination and delivering projects to a good standard without unnecessary delays or costs.

​

I work on the client’s side to ensure the project is delivered properly, with full control over quality, cost and coordination.
